We designed Micro Group Training so that our clients could have a more affordable option to build strength, and increase lean muscle, mobility & performance. 

It’s 60-minutes of strategic, individualized, total body strength/stability/ mobility training in groups of no more than eight, under the careful guidance of an FE coach.

One small unit, pushing & pulling for each other, working toward common goals. Micro group clients feed off the energy in the room and each other.

FLEXIBILITY

Micro group clients are not locked into a set day/time OR a trainer. Choose the session and trainer that's best for you, and schedule conveniently via app.

Micro Group Training can cost as little as $35/session (or less with unlimited monthly membership). See pricing below and choose the option that works best for you.

Membership &
Per Session Pricing

Some clients train with us exclusively on a micro group basis. Others structure a schedule that includes a combination of one-on-one sessions and micro group sessions. Either way, clients can choose the payment option that fits them best:

  •     Unlimited Membership: $269/month*

  •     4-session Package: $140

Unlimited monthly memberships also come with a monthly InBody scan.

Programming

A crappy fitness class? This isn’t it. Each session is carefully crafted by our design department, and we purposely limit the class size to a maximum of eight to ensure individualized instruction and guidance by your Functional Elements coach.

To create the best possible body transformation that is sustainable, we’ve found that a combination of strength training & metabolic conditioning is the fastest way to create results. Our model combines different sessions throughout the week, each with a different total body focus.

And because all new clients onboard with our 14-day 360°, we’ll know you inside and out from the start. That means instant and ongoing adaptations to your workout based on YOU, YOUR body and YOUR goals.

Schedule

Micro Group Training sessions are scheduled throughout the week at strategic times. Participants have the ability to choose which day/time and /or coach best fits their schedule and needs.
