“We want to be your personal wellness coach, and we believe we have the expertise, experience and education to make a difference.”

IT ALL BEGAN IN 2013 …

when four experienced trainers came together wanting to create a better way - and a better experience for clients.

The result? A small (on purpose), but mighty, training and nutrition center that focused exclusively
on individualized solutions from degreed and certified experts in a private setting.

That was the technical side. On the human side, we carefully crafted Functional Elements into a place where the camaraderie between trainer and clients is like family. A place where we can work hard and still have fun. And a place where there is no judgement - just a strategic game plan to keep improving, one step at a time.

Today we’ve expanded our business to include more personal coaches, more clients, and more expertise -
but the focus on ‘small but mighty’ remains the same.

We are not a "gym." There’s no crowds, no line-ups for equipment, and no intimidation. Just you, your body, and some of the very best minds in the business in a 1-on-1 or micro group setting, working to deliver the best results possible. Period.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

It’s pretty simple - we TRAIN CLIENTS FOR LIFE.

In other words, we believe in movement - and maximizing it through the different stages of life.
(Because let's face it, life is a lot less interesting from the sidelines.)

Of course, most of our clients have their own personal goals as well. Some may want to lose weight or body fat. Some may want to gain muscle or simply 'feel better.' While we make these individual client goals the top priority when designing and implementing programs, we do so under an overarching umbrella of strength, stability & mobility.

And guess what ... it all kinda works together anyway.

The more mobile we are and the more life strength we have, the more efficient our bodies are. And the more efficient our bodies are, the quicker and easier we can achieve personal goals.

OUR CLIENTS

We are so grateful for our client family. (Yes, family. That’s the kinda vibe we have and love at Functional Elements.)

While our clients come to us with unique goals, there is a common factor … they all want to remain active!

They want to keep hiking or biking.

They want to be able to keep up with their kids, but they don’t want to feel sore. Some may want to keep playing sports, and almost all want to keep going on vacations.

Quite simply, whether it’s a client in their 20’s or 70’s, they want to keep moving.

And be best prepared for the next decade of their life.

Sound like you? We thought so.
