Meet Our Team
Jaime Rothermich - Partner & President
B.S. in Food Science & Human Nutrition (Medical Dietetics emphasis), RD, CSSD, LD, CSCS
With over 15 years of personal training and nutrition, Jaime Rothermich has worked with a wide variety of clients with a wide variety of needs. For Rothermich, it's all about the body's ability to heal itself with the appropriate balance of nutrition, exercise and rest.
"Most of our new clients don't understand their potential until we develop and implement a customized game plan for their specific needs," says Rothermich. "After a few short weeks they begin to feel changes in energy, strength, flexibility, body composition and overall health. From here, motivation increases and becomes their new found pathway to health and vitality"
A graduate of the University of Missouri, Rothermich is married to wife Jennifer, and lives in St. Charles with their three kids. He is one of only four dietitians in Missouri to be a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. He is also an avid runner, recently completing two full marathons (Chicago 2012 - 3:02, Boston, 2013 - 3:13).
