Unfortunately, eating becomes so routine that it's easy to lose the connection.
Well, this boot camp is meant to help you (ages 18+) re-connect with the power of food. To teach you how to give your body what it needs when it needs it, and to feel the positive effects of doing so.
It's a bit of a kick start and, if you follow it correctly, can have an immediate impact on your ENERGY, MOOD/ MOTIVATION & HEALTH in just 14 days.
Aside from a a specific way of eating for 14 days, this boot camp is a journey. A journey you will take not alone, but with me (hi, I'm Jaime, a registered/licensed dietitian, nice to meet you). I'll be with you every step of the way to bridge uncertainty and support your efforts as best as I can.
Participate wherever you live across the U.S. All communication takes place online.

- Monitoring of your MyFitnessPal daily meal log by me; feedback provided as needed.
- Basically, you'll have the support and guidance of a registered/dietitian the whole way through the boot camp; a dietitian in your pocket if you will!
